PS5 Pre Orders Unable to download. Timer stuck in 00:00:00

Battlefield 2042 PS5 Pre Order Timer shows  00:00:00. The game was officially released today and is still showing the timer. No option to download. Called PlayStation support. was on the phone with them for over an hour trying different things and no luck. Was told to reach out to EA....is anyone else experiencing this issue? any solutions?
