Summarize your bug I had previously purchased the Shrouded skin for Casper as part of last week's store bundle. The skin does not show up as selectable or previewable under the Specialists menu for Casper. The only way to equip the skin is for me to find the bundle in the store and select the "equip" command from that prompt.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown since this appears to be something server-side related.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Shrouded skin does not show up in the selectable skins inventory for Casper, and thus I am unable to select it without using the above-mentioned workaround. This seems to have been an issue for different skins for other users in the past, though I did not find any permanent solutions.
What should be happening instead? The skin should be viewable/selectable in the Specialists menu.
It appears the game is somehow not completely registering my purchase of Casper's "Shrouded" skin from last week.
