Random FPS Drops

I have been getting random FPS drops whenever I play BF2042 on my RTX 4060. Any resolution to this? Video attachment below.

OS: Windows 11 64-bit

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 (8GB VRAM)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900XT 16-Core

RAM: 32GB
