Random screen flickers

If you go frame by frame, each flicker is a change in direction. That indicates that something is going on with input or 3rd party programs. Can you try restarting your system with a Clean Boot, and try playing with no other non-essential programs running? Also disconnect any unnecessary USB devices.
Oh and if you use an MSI system can you specifically disable Afterburner too.
i am actually getting this exact same problem. i was able to record a really bad instance of it yesterday, there seems to be a bubble around the scope that will shift the image down and flicker. it only happens with magnified optics, if you go to iron sights the problem resolves.

@EA_Davidso i was able to get the bug again, FOV does nothing, ADS FOV nothing, both on everything low and off or ultra and on did not affect it, but changing resolutions made it better or worse. the higher in resolution the more extreme it got. it would also distort to model of the gun. also dynamic resolution would affect it as well. 4k and 3k were the worst, 2k was the bubble without the gun distortion, 1080 was not noticeable but the occasional hiccup was still there where you could catch it but it was the most minimal.
also i notice that whenever this happens, its also always when im also getting the "white box when firing bug"
edit: added some screeshots.
