Rao hacking ability is inconsistent and not reliable

I have the same issue when I try to hack something that is almost out of range, it will say “hacking”, stop, “hacking” again, stop, and then ”hacked” (but the target is NOT hacked). The “hacked” ui remains on screen unless you put the gadget away.

Overall the feedback from using him is inconsistent and hard to even tell who you are hacking. Maybe add a red outline over the target.
