Summarize your bug Sometimes the hacking UI turns RED like if you are hacking enemies even if you dont do anything. And sometimes it shows "enemy hacked" even it isn't.

What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes the hacking UI turns RED like if you are hacking enemies even if you dont do anything. And sometimes it shows "enemy hacked" even it isn't.
What should be happening instead? The hacking UI should turn on when you actually point to an enemy and when you hit the corresponding button. And the "enemy hacked" UI should be displayed when you actually performed an successful hack by holding the corresponding g hack button long enough while aiming the enemy
