Problem: Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to start menu. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Error code: 15:1305P : 1302P : 1300P : 1301P:-7A
I'm playing in the Xbox Series S console, I'm connected via Wi-Fi. This problem began around 8:20pm EST 2/23/2023.
The steps I have went thru to troubleshoot were...
- to Restart the game and then start again. Problem is still present.
- to exit out of game, then Restart the Xbox console and then start the game again. Problem is still present.
- to exit out of the game and Shutdown the Xbox console and then start up and start the game again. Problem is still present.
- the i follow the Power cycle Steps on xbox.com. Turn on the console, then turn on the game. Problem is still present.
