Hi @M4NKYtoe We're you playing Portal or All Out War? If you've been playing Portal matches then potentially there is no progress due to the XP/Mastery rating on the server.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I feel pretty dumb right now - I have been playing Portal on servers with limited XP. I had no idea that mastery XP was n/a there. That being said, no one in AUS is playing full XP servers. So I guess mastery challenges are never going to be achievable.

    @M4NKYtoe No need to feel dumb as that's caught me out before too. I do know that it's getting hard to find matches in AUS now, but hopefully you can either find some active full XP Portal servers or get lucky with the matchmaking.
