Booting in Safe Mode and then choosing Option 5, Rebuild Database should help you here, thanks.

- @EA_Barry Tried this, unplugged console, rebuilt database 3x, deleted and reinstalled game, and reset graphics, reset all system settings.
Nothing works. Is there a fix for this besides rebuilding the database? I can't even start the game after a new install. I literally installed it for the first time.
Hi there,
has anyone confirmed this fix works.
Leaning towards just returning the game for a refund and writing off the franchise.
Pretty ordinary user experience on day 1 of purchase.
I tried deleting my cache files and rebuilt the ps5 database it still doesn’t work.
This is clearly a problem on your end, seeing as many of us are having the same problem.
