    Hi icy20TV
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem.
Do you have any images or specific errors ?
Did you check if there were any errors in your event log after launching the game? This could help us better understand where the problem is coming from.

Go in "Windows logs" > "Application". If you see an error, send me a screenshot of it.  Make sure that the time matches the time when you launched the game. Errors are indicated by a red cross and sometimes a yellow sign.

    Let me know

Hello, the only 3 errors i found were all the same error. and it was yesterday when i was trying to start the game... of course i could not take a screenshot because all the pc did was black screen and then no signal at the monitor which turned off eventually and i had to force shut down the pc.

    Thank you,
    Try to repair EA's anti-cheat with "EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe" available here : C:\Program Files\EA\AC
Do you have the Nvidia app on your PC? If so, activate the Nvidia overlay.

    • If it continues to crash, have you tried deleting the “battlefield 2042” folder located in your documents?

    • Have you also tried creating a new user on your PC as an administrator and starting the game from there to see if it crashes?

    Let me know 😉

In fact i dont have nvidia app. i usually do the installation with nvcleaninstall and i remove most of the telemetries and other stuff that is not useful to me. I tried uninstalling the anticheat and after the launch of the game it reinstalls it. I havent tried to delete the settings folder from the documents. On the last suggestion u mean that i should log in as the administrator account or use an administrator account in windows (mine is an administrator account)?

Regarding the last suggestion, I would ask you to use another user who has administrator rights.  You can also try installing a previous update of your NVIDIA drivers to see if that solves your problem. Sometimes it works😄

Nothing seems to work. The game does NEVER start. No matter what I try. I did all you suggested and the problem is there always.
