@EA_Atic same problem and no chance what so ever to get a responce from help @ea.. preorderd in august, 2 weeks a go some issue with payment, reconnected credit card to account.. no response from ea.. game can be seen in library but no dl button.. dit the clear cache thing on origin .. still no dl .. as an owner of bf2, bf3,bf1 bf4, bf5 and i think bf2042 very very disappointed

We take the money about a week before launch/early access of a game and not when you pre order the game. @Roeltjetheone
