my temps are fine running custom water cooling 2x 360 rads and it not my overclock because i have had the same overclocked for all of 2042 lifespan like i said it just started on S6

i have exact same problem .it started two days ago .Pc works fine , no any problem .All other games /programs works fine and no any blue screen , But when i press the quit button in bf2042 my pc freeze and restarting. I dont know what happened . I deleted the game and reinstalled last night but i could not test it .I will test tonight .
i just tested and still pc freeze when i pressed quit and confirm .
also i disabled the xmp memory profile and uninstall/reinstalled the easy anticheat but problem didnt solved.........

i could not fix the problem and i used one program for log . program (whocrashed) shows KERNEL_APC_PENDING_DURING_EXIT error .
you can see my dxdiag but i dont beleive there is a problem in my system hardware or software , as i said above system work fine and i dont get any bluescreen or system freeze during any program and any game .

i believe too EAanticheatService causing that problem .Opened the services and found eaanticheatservice and it was manual at startup type . After that i opened ea app and game . Game opened and i checked the service, it was running and i press stop the service and booommm bluescreen

Reboot pc and now use only SFC /SCANNOW to check for errors that arent fixed (all ok ? check below)

did ya install latest chipset driver ? , ya could try to reinstall youre amory software (or disabled , "better uninstall" , it for booting with windows)
Make sure ya got latest system drivers installed for youre system !
I also see AcPowerNotification.exe , this software from amoury crate detects wireless hardware and detects battery lvl ect ect ect.
Again , uninstall armoury crate or disable it for booting with windows (use REVOUNINSTALLER or AMD UNINSTALL TOOL)

Ya could use eventviewer anbd check for any error logs for more information about those error

In the run dialog box, type in eventvwr and click OK
In the Event Viewer window, expand the Windows Logs menu
Under the Windows Logs menu, you'll notice different categories of event logs—application, security, setup, system, and forwarded events
Click on one of the event logs to check and view the events recorded under it
Sometimes there is software causing a bluescreen , also hardware could give a bluescreen.
Incase of bluescreen ya need to find issue , or even REINSTALL fresh windows 10 !

In the text above here follow steps displayed with orange and blue colors.
i see this error AV_nt!ObpCreateHandle
it seems it belongs to AURA Service or LightingService by ASUSTek ??
This could also trigger errors or even a bluescreen (or reboot / shutdown windows).
Disable this software from booting with windows or uninstall it just to for test !
IP_MISALIGNED_GenuineIntel.sys also this error could be triggerd by youre rgb.
example: Chipset driver on your motherboard and a virtual driver associated to software for controlling RGB lighting
Check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed.
Temporarily uninstall any software for controlling RGB lighting on your PC and test if your PC is stable.
Also for you, try to hunt down error logs with eventviewet, sometimes windows did get broken and needs a fresh reinstall windows!
Make sure ya got the latest system drivers installed (uptodate drivers are important)

@Rokebo73 thank you so much for detailed answer 🙂 but my computer works fine . i never face any bluscreen or freeze problem .I believe EAantiCheat program/software causing that problem . I was able to play BF2042 until 4 days ago without blue screen problem ( sometimes i faced black screen during next map loading or backe to ea app screen after i press the play button )
I will try to start the game without EAAntiCheatService ( i will try to stop from the services ) and then will try to quit the game .We will see what will happen
