When i try to play conquest or breakthrough the game searching for match it find the match also but after that the screen going black after that return me to the main menu am steam user but the team death match worked perfectly can someone explain what the problem please from yesterday until now still the same problem
Having trouble to go into any game option for the past two days. It loads 'finds a game' then onto the black loading screen then it throws us back into the home screen. Could you please solve this ASAP?

Uninstalled clear caches, re download a fresh game copy. Install....Try going into Bios also first and turn on XMP for your ram now that I think about it, that happened to me when the game was first released....try those two good luck !!
This seems to be a new issue, breakthrough and other modes aren't working at all.
Another post about breakthrough actually had someone from EA reply, though the questions it asked to submit as a reply were very generic.
As I said in that, I have two accounts. one being my main long time on PC with xbox controller and the newer one where I play more casually without friends always partying up with me and also practicing key and mouse transition. The older account this is not an issue. However i just confirmed the newer account has this exact problem even with solo/co-op. Same PC, same install, same settings. This is not an issue on the customers end but the service provider, EA.

this issue has just appeared again. after every match, the next one breaks on a black screen and cancels back to main menu.
closing game, updating anticheat manually to fix it, then just to relog again to be able to play a match, and to repeat these steps again..
We have the same problem. Updated AntiCheat, cleared cash, repaired game, uninstalled and re-installed game and still same issue.
Very frustrating as it was working fine about 2 weeks ago. It doesn't matter what mode under solo/co-op you choose it throws a black screen and then return to the selection menu.

Same problem. Game is broken - only portal server work
In past three days players cannot find any match in this two gamemodes.
It loads into a game then it throws me back into a black screen, I tried everything like restarting a router, pc, reinstalling, verifying game files etc...
Every time I load into a match I get one of the 2 problems:
Team deathmatch works. The featured gamemode works half of the time. Portal works all the time but the experiences are all atrocities.
It's been like this for at least a week. The servers are bugged somehow.
Please do something about it or else the game will completely die. I refuse to play Battlefield 6 anymore because that game is simply bad.
And it's also a bummer because the game is on sale on consoles. Whoever will try to play this game, won't find any match and they will think the game is actually dead. Please don't let this game die.

Got the same issue as many others and I can't believe EA/Dice DON'T CARE & doesn't reply to - at this point - COUNTLESS People reporting the same issue - they simply dgaf - we got your money,we want you to play bf6,we don't care about 2042 and if you can play it - even though you paid Money for it and should be able to play

I have 4500hrs int he game & been one of the very very few who kept it alive when it was down and out - I still played it daily ,made Videos and compilations bout it etc etc..and many others have too - yet,we get **bleep** on over and over and over again
I've been one of the very few who played BF exclusively - meaning,i don't play anything else online,since the very first game (1942) and everything in between,I play this franchise since 25 years (!) and after the next rugpull they pulled with bf6,I solemnly swore to never ,EVER,buy anything EA related again - And I f'n won't
Not only should they be held liable in court for the things they did - imho,they should be going to jail,their whole company is a huge money-grab/scam - and they CLEARLY don't give a SINGLE fig(...)about their customers - especially the ones who are VERY invested int he franchise,for decades at this point
They will prly ban me again ,they have in the past,for speaking my mind,even though theres no lie or defamation in here that would legally enable them to - but they do it anyways,cause they can't have the truth out there,not even by the smallest light...

Like the rest of the world,in any aspect you can name off the top of your head,everything is broken & turned to crap - Videogames included - thats not only a pattern,thats a plan - everyone knows it (except those still asleep) all of ea/dice knows it,but we get gaslit or ,in this case,ghosted - ignorance is bliss (aka we got your Money already)

Having similar issues, if turn on crossplay can not connect to server or get kicked out after count don but if turn off crossplay connets to server but server is empty,
They do this on purpose so to force ys buying battlefield 6

After the latest Battlefield 2042 update, I started having a strange problem on PC.
When I try to join large multiplayer modes like Conquest 64/128, the map starts loading, then the screen freezes for a few seconds and the game sends me back to the main menu without any error message.
Important details:
- Solo/Co-op works perfectly
- Team Deathmatch multiplayer works
- I can also join some servers through the server browser
- The problem mostly happens on large Conquest matches/maps
- Before today's update everything worked perfectly
- The game runs very well on Ultra settings, often above 180 FPS, but I manually capped it to 100 FPS
- Temperatures are normal
- Other games work normally
- No BSOD, no GPU crashes, no overheating
What I already tried:
- Reinstalled EA Anti Cheat
- Verified game files
- Disabled overlays
- Restarted PC
- Cleared cache
- Tested low graphics settings
System:
- ASUS TUF A16
- RTX 4050 Laptop GPU
- 16 GB RAM
- Windows 11
Is anyone else experiencing this after the latest update?
I'm having trouble connecting to Breakthrough or Conquest modes on my PS5. When I select any module, it doesn't seem to connect; after a short wait, it redirects me back to the menu.
Same problem, here for about a week now ever since the limited time mode King of The Hill was live. I can play TDM but nothing else.
Tried all the usual fixes. EA App Recovery worked once then the problem was back again. I performed all the fixes you did except low graphics settings. It's clearly something EA/DICE have created and I'm sick and tired of messing about looking for fixes. And they emailed me asking why I wasn't buying BF6! LOL! My advice to anyone reading this is to never pay more than £5 for any EA/DICE game - that is a policy I stick to.

Today team deatchmatch also got this issue.
Now the only thing I can play is custom games through the portal.
My windows 11 is just reinstalled from scratch and the game installed fresh from Steam.
I have the same problem. And as far as I understand, no one is fixing it,
