Re: Bsod

@Kizotina

Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.

Some general troubleshooting steps:

Thanks.

    @Kizotina hey man.
    It seems there could be a software or/and a hardware issue.
    Now i see multiple errors with installed AMD software (AMD User Experience Program Master )

    Uninstall all amd software (for some amd software ya need the amd uninstall tool).
    Upgrade youre GPU with latest GPU drive from nvidia 535.98 (do a customized and CLEAN install).

    Now also delete content of the CACHE folder, in Documents / BF2042 folder.
    Test game and update us.

    Cheers.

    If BSOD still an issue , please download and install HWINFO64 , run it and select SENSORS ONLY, Keep an eye at Mhz and Temps from CPU and GPU, during gaming, again update us
  • I did everything you said,still the same issue.Every other game works fine,even 3DMark in loop mode no problems.

    Only BF2042 crashes the PC,in fact it even wont start,the moment I click on play game it crashes.

    What 3DMark stress test exactly u have done?
    Preferably is "Stress Test" mode with this DX12 tests: "Speed Way", "Time Spy", "Night Raid" or "Mesh Shader".
  • Yes,one of those I ran.But whats the point if every other game runs fine,temps are good,just BF2042 breaks on startup.It even dont come to welcome screen.

  • @Kizotina
    Its not a significative, it can be that in some other games u will get the same.
    - try to check disk volume on wich game installed: in cmd with admin rights run command (raplace "X" with your disk volume letter)

    echo Y | chkdsk X: /x /f /r

    and if the checking process not start, restart PC for start it; also if size of this disk is more than 100GB, this process might last hours...
    - then do it for System Disk where OS installed;
    - then check and install all updates for OS.

  • Did check disk today,no errors.The game updated ,but crashed again.
