Understandable the reason why we cant help on the forums its player helping player forums and we cant help with account issues on a public forum. @TinyTank673,

EA Underage accounts, you can only log in with the EA App, or Origin programs. You cant log into any webbsites with them and cant do any changes with them as they are counted as underage.
