Child Accounts Missing

I have 2 child accounts that are successfully linked with their Xbox Live accounts, however there are a few issues: 1 - the child accounts do not show up under my family tab 2 - There are 2 account...

I've done that 4 times.  Twice they just ended the conversation while I was telling them the issue was not solved!  2 other times they said they did everything they could and said I needed to go here.

This is the worst experience, at this point I don't see any possibility of getting this resolved and the service I've gotten has been atrocious.

Understandable the reason why we cant help on the forums its player helping player forums and we cant help with account issues on a public forum. @TinyTank673,

EA Underage accounts, you can only log in with the EA App, or Origin programs. You cant log into any webbsites with them and cant do any changes with them as they are counted as underage.
