    What network set up do you have at home and do you have a 4g device that you can test network with? @xmohy

    I have a dsl connection all related ports are opened on the modem and the game works fine after retry to connect for 5 or maybe 10 times its works fine with the same connection and same settings windows updated firewall is disabled and other online games works fine, i will try to access the game from mobile data and keep you posted

    @EA_Atic Also be noted that i tried to start the game with stable vpn and its gives me the same error and i have to retry more than once to be able to start the game.
