I've tried that and doesn't work.
it's like the install 10 hours trying game when i install it via disc
but there's only on one of my 3 xbox series x it does it on.
on two of them it works.
i here now bought the game digital and now it works on all my 3 xbox

Exact same issue for me. Previously had the trial version installed but now purchased the physical edition and can't connect.

- @dpopey My trial has expired so I can't test it without the disc but the original poster said it worked on his other machines (presumably without the trial being used previously) and then on all the machines once he bought it digitally. Certainty sounds like an issue with the disc being used as the license?
@EA_Atic any advice or updates please? Currently myself and a number of other users cannot use the product we have paid for. All other games including EA titles are fine so it isn't a wifi or Internet issue and as @dpopey has established this seems to be a licencing bug between the trial and physical version of the game?

- @WpBMagikGT1980 The only solution so far identified by the thread author was to buy the digital licence but I don't see why the physical version isn't working for a number of users now.
- @FoggyPWC Not to mention it's not a good solution either. I for example only have a small budget so to re-buy a game not even 12 months after I originally purchased it because it's decided the disc is no longer good enough is absolutely not happening. I would sooner return the game and tell everyone to not buy it as it won't work.

@FoggyPWC So, you’re absolutely right. It’s giving me an issue. By chance, are you in the alpha skip ahead update phase of the Xbox insiders? I know they recently started testing some things about those little warning signs on the game profiles, so possibly could be part of the issue?
just to state, I’ve had the same problem since Tuesday. Same error code. Xbox series x, and disc version.
- @RevyngeV2 yes I am in the skip ahead insider group. Strange how no other games are affected though? Also on Series X

- @WpBMagikGT1980 I wonder if that is the common denominator? Wonder if it is possible to roll back on to the normal xbox system version?
