This happens to me from time to time, but for me it has always resolved itself eventually. Still very annoying when it happens, though

@CobarGGI cant get my purchased items since november 2022. I dont get any help from support. I was buying every single bundle so far and im about to leave this game and never ever spend a single dollar to EA product.

Any status updates on this bug? Im missing even more of cosmetics already.
