Thanks for getting back to me. Try going to profile.ea.com and log in. Then, reset your password there. Once that is done, try playing again and let me know what happens.

I am also now suddenly having this issue and can’t log in. Did the password change and still have the issue

Disregard…after hitting retry the 15th time it worked.
