Anyone else has low fps like me? Friend of mine is using 9700k and 2060, his fps is around 70 lmao
- 4 years ago@SKinboy2 There are many like you. Many! its poorly optimized and nothing you can do much about it.
This is just 1 thread by a good member, Many more to look through if you choose.

I have a 9700K with a 3080, but I have an old 1080ti lying around to that I gave a go just to try it out.
I could run ultra settings at 1440p without any problem on the 1080ti. Never saw any dips below 60 on 1080ti/1440p/ultra preset.

@SKinboy2
I'm not sure it's to do with your hardware at all, I think it's the coding of the title.
My setup
Windows 10 Pro
GTX 1070
Ryzen 5 3600x
DDR4 3200 32GB
M.2 Gen 3 Nvme SSD 256GB (OS game install)
144hz monitor G-Sync
2560 x 1440 resolution scaling set to 100%, motion blur, film noise, vignette, chromatic aberration (disabled) other textures high (shadows might be low). V-Sync disabled. I basically try to turn anything off that screws with my eyes in shooters.
Was getting 100+ FPS at most times. Most times 120+ FPS while using my sniper.- 4 years ago

Post in this thread. It's probably related to the same issue.

i7-8700k @ 4.4Ghz
16GB dual channel ddr4 2933Mhz
GTX 1060 6GB
Dell 1440p 165Hz Gsync monitor
I'm getting a locked 80fps with all low settings and 50% dynamic resolution scaling, which comes out to 1080p resolution. You can see that in the green text at the top of screenshot.
None of my CPU cores are maxed out. If your frame rate doesn't go up when you reduce resolution then it's probably a CPU or DDR4 RAM bottleneck. Like maybe only running single channel RAM or perhaps not all CPU cores being utilized. Or bad RAM timings/frequency settings.
Also try running in Full Screen mode.

Devs are currently looking into the issue of CPU bottlenecking and memory leaks. Please repost your system specs here.

i have a 3060 xc, and i rolled back the driver to 496.13, gpu usage did not change (around 30-40%) but i got a 20-30 fps boost.
I am also low FPS on a Ryzen 7 5800x, 32gb ram and RTX 3090
- 4 years ago
I had pretty much exactly the same issue, 3060 with ryzen 5 3600 and I was stuck always at around 30fps with 100%cpu usage and around 15% gpu usage. I refunded because it was unplayable
- 4 years ago@Squillllllll man I cant refund it sad

Hey, I just solved the problem,
For me, I went into settings and reset the keybindings section to default.
Then the frame rate increased to hang around 60 (playable)
I still notice that the gpu usage still sits around 40-50% but it is a massive improvement from 15%
Hope this helps.
