Same problem here, binds everything to mouse 5. Worked yesterday, now it doesn't, I am not sure how is even that possible. Using Logitech G602. Not able to bind anything to mouse buttons.

Had the same problem with the G402 mouse. After deleting the Cache files i was able to bind the thumb buttons on my mousen (mouse 3 and 4) !
