i do see ya use AVAST VIRUS scanner and it seems avast could "eat up" some pc performance.
Uninstall Avast (windows virus/defender is good enough those days) use this tool https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover&supportType=home
I also see ONEDRIVE active in the background that could "eat up" youre network performance, make sure ONEDRIVE isnt booting with windowsDisable this startup with https://www.revouninstaller.com/nl/revo-uninstaller-free-download/
also disable as much asd possible other apps from booting with windows. (select TOOLS, AUTORUN MANAGER in Revo)
(download/install as portable version so you dont need to install, run revo as an ADMINMISTRATOR)

PS use windows security , this is good as all other virus/malware scanners.
Those 3rd party tools only consume a lot of PC and NETWORK performance.
Make sure ya check for windows updates to update youre windows security and delete all other stuff !Look Rokebo, stop protecting EA and giving me random recommendations. From morning to early evening the game runs fine and textures load within 2 secs. The TN value is also lower, here is a proof of that- https://imgur.com/a/g33M2zH
After the stated time span the game starts running like crap indicated by a higher TN value of 26ms.
So it is NOT my GPU, CPU, RAM, or HDD issue, the game itself is 100gigs of GARBAGE and EA did not improve their tech in over 11 years after battlefield 4. I will quit playing this game and vomit about it in steam reviews. Never had such issues in Halo infinite.

Cheers I am really curious, is texture loading related to network latency or TN value ? Are you sure ? Why afternoon experience is different from evening experience ? The gameplay is really good but I can't play like this.
- @AngryGoliath72 LAT is more related to rubberbaning, stutter and stuf during game play, killed while ya around the cornecr ect ect.
TN can be multiple issues, (can also be related to LAT.) but also during some system performance (gpu, cpu, memory ect ect).
Cheers So bf 2042 streams textures from server it seems. Really sad that there is no response from EA , they can't fix this backend issue. @EA_Rtas can you confirm if the game streams textures from server ? Also why after evening time the textures start taking much longer to load ? How can i achieve the daytime performance ?
