Pay all this money and cant even play

I have done everything under the sun. I log in, get all set up to play join a match and as im loading i go back to the main menu or my computer crashes without a crash dump or error. It worked yester...

    Hey, @SilverNovaZ115  @Joayubi can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield 2042 and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Maybe your system shuts down because of cpu protection from your bios settings? Maybe it heats up as soon as the game loads.
