Trying to launch the game from Origin on my windows 10 pc, but after the update it goes black.
Working on the ctrl+x from origin games to desktop and back now, that was suggested earlier in this thread. Hopefully it works.
Downloaded the DxDiag, but not sure where to send it - EA_Leeuw4 years ago

Hey @Spectos90,
You should be able to create a DxDiag via these steps: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
And when that is done, you should be able to add the text file to your post as an attachment here on AHQ. - FireWaia4 years agoNot applicable
@EA_Leeuw Got it working by re-installing all drivers and the game itself. Also tweaked setting to allow lower graphics! 980 lives again!

Hi,
Im also having issues after the latest battlefield 2042 update, where i get a black screen.
I have attached my dxdiag.txt.
Would love a fix.
Have used both origin and EA desktop without any luck.

Hey @Nightjaxs,
Can you see if a driver update of your Nvidia GPU does the trick? The Game Ready Drivers for Battlefield 2042 were released a few days ago. - Nightjaxs4 years agoNot applicable@EA_Leeuw Already had the newest driver update installed.
But did a reinstall of the game, and it resolved my issue.
