BF 2042. Conquest not loading 08.05.2026

Just replying to say you're not alone...been getting worse the past few days till now its giving up time. Personally think it's the servers end. Googling the problem in various words brought up the ai thing saying it's been a known issue since may. Can join solo mode...& had luck with tdm. But Conquest etc...no joy... occasionally if I'm lucky.

Same issue for me PS5 and PC. I have exhausted all suggestions to fix the issue. It started of intermittenly over a week ago and now I am unable to join any online game

for me only TDM works. 

What I tryed  

1. Deleting Cash -> AppData\Local\BattlefieldGameData.kin-release.Win32
2. Uninstall / reinstall EA anticheat 
3. Repairing EA app 
4. Repair Game 
5. Reinstalling GPU driver 596.36.  VIA DDU. in SAFTY MODE 
6. (unnecessary manuel uninstalling cahs from GPU)

NOW:
Reinstall game. 
Still broken

So many of us have the same issue all of a sudden leaving a lot needlessly going through what you've done. On very rare occasions I've managed to join a server...only for everyone to be waiting until the servers filled enough..which is never...so we still don't get to play. Might see what this Arc Raiders is all about lol.

I even uninstalled and reinstalled Windows 11. Nothing changed.

I have same problem.unable to connect conquest.Black screen then return to lobby.

I also haven't been able to log in properly for a whole week.

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card: Nvidia Gforce RTX 4060Ti OC

Troubleshooting steps taken: reboot game, Verify integrity of games files (Steam) ,

windows update , Nvidia drivers updated, crossplay OFF and ON

What type of issue do you have: Not loading Conquest,Breakthrough game ( portal works)

When I try to join any game in Battlefield 2042, whether it's Conquest Team Deathmatch or Breakdown, the screen stays black for a while, then it throws me back to the lobby without letting me join. My graphics card drivers are up-to-date. My internet connection is good. I repaired the game through the EA app, performed EA app recovery, restarted the game, and even tried opening and closing the Task Manager, but nothing changed. but I  can connect to the servers in the portal. I don't understand what's happening.
