My hardware usage rate remains 100%.

At low options, it usually stays at 85-95% when proceeding.

I don't know if it'll be helpful, but I'll attach a screenshot.

Nope, sadly I tried to bios update it, but it's still the same problem.

The bios version I updated is gigabyte F21(2022-11-15).

It worked for me!
But the problem can have several causes so your problem may not be the same as mine!

1) Close Battlefield and Origin or EA App.

2) Delete this:
  -Folder %appdata%/EasyAntiCheat
  -Folder EasyAntiCheat in game folder
  -File BF2042_launcher.exe

3) Run Origin/EA App and repair Battlefield.

4) Run EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe from Game_Folder/EasyAntiCheat/
    and Repair (I don't know if it is useful but it doesn't cost anything)

@EA_Atic The resolution and game options are set to lowest, but they are the same symptoms.
