What is hardware usage looking like? @JJlRU

Can you do a quick recording with network stats active.

My hardware usage rate remains 100%.

At low options, it usually stays at 85-95% when proceeding.

I don't know if it'll be helpful, but I'll attach a screenshot.

    Could you display all cores by task manager please !
    I do see 2 more bios updates for youre system , it could solve youre issues.
