My error code on persistent data is as follows.
error code- 15:1302p:-7A
8am eastern standard time and I can’t even sign onto game at all. It stops me on start screen with error code I would really like a response to my message if at all possible pretty * to buy a new game and can’t even get past start screen kinda bull! And my platform is PlayStation 4 pro and my internet is fine

These "workarounds" are shallow and reek of incompetence
It just shows that DICE and EA don't have any idea what is happening. The game is broken but they are blaming the customer's internet and hardware. Jesus
Especially Step 5, DICE is expecting their paying customers to do that? Just to see IF it will fix the issue?

No I don't think anyone at ea understands our frustration at either not being able to play or for the few lucky of us, sometimes bieng able to play a game we paid money for. Your work around sounds Ike a time waster, oh it is I tried that 10 times and still the same BS error code. If it's cause there's to many custom servers then limit the amount. I get that new games are going to have some bugs but I've never wanted to request a refund on a game till now, and I played anthem.

Well all after smashing my x button and closing the game after I hit the can't connect to ea servers for an hour and a half it let me on the game. Don't know if I just got lucky or what but good luck everyone.
Yup, none of what is suggested by ea dice works... if 90% of people have access, whats the hurry.

Been 3 days and nothing.... still can't play, still sucks and still want my $ back. Ill keep the game. If and when it ever gets fixed.... just need my my cash back to pursue other endeavors... like cod or back for blood or Mario 10,000 or something. It happens everyday .. every 30 attempts it may log once
some time for 3 hours in a row and it will not login to the main menu.

Every time I try to log in, last attempt 1613 27NOV PST,
once or twice ive managed to get into the game and a round, but quickly disconnect with a unable to load persistence data code, never finished a round start to end.

Was able to connect during the beta gameplay, only after public release that I cant play.
Have attempted
1. Game restart,
2. Xbox restart
3 game uninstall and redownload
4. Router restart
5. Other consoles in house
6. Other profiles in house
7. DNS Change
None have worked
After installing the update a couple of days ago I can no longer connect to battlefield field servers. PS5 user.
Press X to log on, sits thinking for approx. 20 - 30 seconds then comes up with the persistence error, code 15:-7A.
Tried rebooting the ps5, clearing cache, re-installing the game. Can't even play the game now!!!

@EA_Atic This thread is almost 2k comments and no actual solution has been provided. Nearly 2k people are having the issue and I'm sure there's more.. Your workarounds does not help either. Its like scamming people, like selling a defective product.. 60USD and ps plus membership for a looping boat screen.
