The bug is even more serious
- Turning uniform soldier aiming on or off has no impact, the game treats it as turned on all the time
- sensitivity slider doesn't have impact on the sensitivity
- no matter which scope you are using (holo, X4 or X6), the bug is the same
I,m used to play without uniform soldier aiming and for me the gameplay is really bad with this bug
My issue is in PC but it seems that they simpled introduced the bug for all platforms....
yeah even turning it off doesn't seem to make much of a difference

Battlefield 2042 - All Platforms - Hotfix #5.1.1
Next week, we'll be releasing Update #5.1.1 for players on all platforms.
This small server-side hotfix will require no downtime. You may need to restart your game in order to benefit from these changes.

I hope this bugfix will also work for players who do not use Uniform Soldier Aiming. I never used USA and have the sensitivity problems too...

I imagine it will. I never used it either, but they did previously say they were going to have it turned on by default, so I think at least part of the bug was having it turned on but it broke and wouldn't get turned off by the in game settings...
