EA Support doesn't seem to answer I've tried facebook and i just recently tried to tweet them. So whats the deal? everything points back to EA Help.

Ive been in contact with support but they say that they know of the issue with random accounts that have the Equipment bug where you unlock but can not equip. But there are no Fix for it at the moment... is that really the case?  Anyone 

ok so i am have the problem to with the weapons not updating i just want to know when is it going to be fixed i like playing the game but its a bummer when the weapons do not update when i first started the game it did update for a little bit but now 66hour late no EA PLEASE HELP

Same as above people. But not only these guns, most gun are bugged in my account. And everytime I launch the game it treat it as first launch and reset all setting  play the annoying tutorial again . Then reset my setting again everytime I join a game . 

How can EA you release this new season with so much game-breaking bugs and glitches , but try to calm us down with a few new guns
