I update windows11 new version.all platform have this bug.I use origin check my data but yes.My battlefield2042 buy in epic,i bug a dlc in other country,is this cause my problem.

What internet connection do you got from your ISP, what is download / upload speed ?
did ya repair game already? windows updated , do youi also got the update (kb5017383) installed ?
Try a cleanboot and let us know if it fix anything for you.
