Re: Why will my Weapon, Vehicle, Attachment or Specialist not unlock?

@EA_Leeuw same issue here on PS5, I reached out to support directly. They were unable to resolve the issue and told me to open a bug report lol. 7 month old bug, I have weapons that won't allow me to use the attachments that I grinded for, I have vehicles that won't allow me to use the upgrades that I grinded for. 24 pages of people telling you they are having the same issue, where is the support? Where is the engineer tasked to fix bugs like this that make people actually quit the game and never come back? Why do you take these issues so lightly and brush them off as if we didn't just give you $60-100 only to not get what we paid for? Run it up the chain, this is ridiculous!

    Do you maybe know why live support wasn't able to assist you? Did you explain this situation to them and (just a question) did you also send them this thread?

    @EA_Leeuw Yes I linked them this thread along with a short clip of the issue. You should be able to review the chat using my email address associated with my account. The issue is unresolved still. One thing that appeared to resolve the issue for me was to play in an official portal mode server. I got a few kills with one of the effected weapons, checked the customization and I was able to finally add attachments I had previously unlocked. My pump shotgun attachments are still locked though, as is my vehicle attachments with no resolution.

    @foff667, I see, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately reaching out to our live support would be the only way to get assistance with this issue, if the other workaround isn't working for you. So if you're experiencing this issue again and the 1st time trying to contact live support to get this fixed for you didn't work out, I would recommend trying it again at a later time.

    I have tried reaching out to support. I waited 2 days for a reply to my ticket. I was told they need my email and character name in order to help me. (I find this strange since the ticket was made with the affected accounted)

    They obviously sent this reply while i was at work, by the time i got home he had closed the ticket, asking if this was still an issue.

    I replied 6 minutes after he closed the ticket with the info required and i have not heard a word since. This was 11 days ago.

    Hey @Pantleon,

    It's unfortunate to hear that you experienced this situation.

    Can you maybe give the live chat a try when you have time? That was you can avoid any potential miscommunication over email.
  • I just contacted live support, , but they told me " It's an on-going issue".

    So I have to wait for the bugs to be fixed. How long do I have to wait?
