Black Screen After Matchmaking - Returned to Main Menu

Hello everyone, came here from the russian-speaking forum because there’s almost no activity there about this issue. after matchmaking in breakthrough or conquest the screen goes black like the server is loading, then after a few seconds it throws me back to the main menu.

Already tried enabling crossplay, verifying files, clearing cache, restarting router, ea app and the game itself but still the same. 

Did anyone actually find a real fix or is matchmaking just broken right now?

    When I try to enter a game room, the screen goes black and returns to the main menu.

    I had crossplay disabled and always played "Team Deathmatch", and starting on May 18th, this problem appeared. I haven't been able to play with crossplay disabled since.

    I enabled crossplay and I can play now, but it still happens, although less frequently.

    I contacted EA support, but it didn't help at all. 

    Today I insisted on the problem and they responded " I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is a known issue, and players across different regions are experiencing it. Our team is aware and is working on a fix. Thank you for your patience."
