Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reach rank 100 for the Season 4 tiers.
What happens when the bug occurs? Reaching Season 4's Battle Pass rank 100 shows an S-tier status. However, S-tier is only given when you essentially arrive at rank 115.
What should be happening instead? It should not show an S-tier status if you just unlocked rank 100 for the season Battle Pass. It should show the S-tier status once you reach rank 115 (which is equal to 1,150 Battle Pass points)..
