RED MARK not visible for other party members (Q button)

Do we have to wait 1 year more to get it fixed ?
50% of times the red mark of the commander is not visible for the other squad members.
You have to fix the major bugs as soon as possible because peoples are disappointed and the game is dying soon like this .
No need to wait for +6 months for a simple bug !!!
