Remapping Controller breaks unintended functions

Summarize your bug Remapping controller buttons breaks other functions. I remapped crouch/prone to Right Joystick and changed Melee to B. Variable zoom scopes activate when crouching or going prone and do not otherwise function normally. If I use my Attachment Modification button and try to switch my ammo type ( B ) it melees and breaks the modification.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As described above, remap your Xbox controller so Melee is B and prone/crouch is Right Joystick. Attempt to use variable scopes and change Ammo type.
What happens when the bug occurs? You crouch and go prone and your variable scope will change with each movement or you will try to switch ammo type and you'll melee, cancelling the function.
What should be happening instead? Variable Scope function should also switch to B with the Melee function, and Melee should be disactivated when your Attachment menu is open so you can use B button to change ammo type.
TLDR - Remapping buttons moves the primary function but not the secondary (and there is no option to remap that) and Melee isn't disabled when Attachment Menu is up so when you press B (if you remapped your controller) to switch ammo you will melee breaking the function.
