Resolution off, Heli out of view during countdown and can't spawn into it

Summarize your bug See below. These may all have to do with the resolution issue from #1.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go to the Display settings in Options. Check the resolution settings for when you're using 1920x1080 resolution. 2. During the countdown at the deploy screen, have a teammate spawn a heli on Exposure 64 player Breakthrough mode. Try and spawn into the heli, either by clicking on it with a mouse, or by using the arrow/WASD keys. 3. Go to your player card > badges, and check the names and details of various badges. Do it for backgrounds and tags as well.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. The resolution appears as 1280x720 instead of my usual 1920x1080. When I go to change it, nothing happens since it's actually 1920x1080. When I go to change it back to what it showed at 1280x720, it asks if I want to keep the changes, meaning that it was definitely at 1920x1080 resolution the entire time. My graphics card is updated to the latest NVIDIA driver. The video of this resolution issue is in the summary. 2. The heli is completely out of view during the countdown, so I'm unable to use the mouse to click on it to spawn into. Even if I use the up down keys to navigate to it, pressing space or enter does nothing. It's not that I'm unable to enter it because it's full, as I've also tested it another time when I spawned in by LMB immediately when the match began and the heli was empty. The video of this is in the summary. 3. You can see that "Ranger Mastery'" is not shown completely.
What should be happening instead? 1. The correct resolution should always show. 2. This heli should be in view, as it had been before under the same resolution setting of 1920x1080. 3. The mastery and other names in Collections and perhaps elsewhere should be fully shown.
