RESOLVED - Portal "The Game Session Is Not Available" PS4/Xbox One - 8 Mar. '23

Hey everyone,

Unfortunately, as you can see from my colleague's post, the problem had indeed come back over the weekend. But this should also be resolved now.

If you are still experiencing this problem, please let us know! If not, the thread will soon be locked.

Hey all,

Thanks for the reports.

Are you all on either a PS4 or Xbox One/One S/One X?

Also, do you mean that you're not able to join any hosted Portal games?

Hey folks,

The dev team have done a roll back which should fix this issue. Players should no longer encounter errors when joining portal experiences and should now successfully load into the map.
