Hello, today is July 26 and as of last night I was still getting this error message on my Xbox One and Xbox Series S. So I've received the error consistently for nearly 4 full months on multiple platforms.
After reaching out to EA help, I received a basic response with things to try. After trying them all and reaching back out to them, I received the same response with the same items to try, even though I told them I just tried them. Then I was told it is my internet connection. Ok, so I went down the list checking my connections and cables. I ran basic connection and multiplayer connection tests. Everything was good, but I went a step further and called a technician to come and check it, he said all was good, but went ahead and set us up with a multicore modem....and I still get the error.
Here is the absolute bottom line... the issue is with the game or with servers. Period! I have no other online games giving me any issue, and I'm done spending money trying to fix an issue that doesn't exist on my end. I'm not wasting any more of my time on this earth worrying about not being able to play BF. We are headed over to COD, it loads and plays great!
