Revives on initial insert are bugged

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Spawn into a breakthrough match as Falck
What happens when the bug occurs? (All from my experience cause I didn't do much testing) I main Falck and it seems almost every time I spawn into a match on the initial insert I am unable to see any teammates needing a revive, or the character "begging" and I don't have a revive option. Oddly enough for my squad mates I can't see the icon but I can see them begging after a little bit and am able to res but that is obviously not ideal. Video below attached via link since files were too big shows how it looks when a squad mate goes down (01/07/23) and second video shows a teammate (01/17/23). It only fixes when I die.
What should be happening instead? I should see revive icon for everyone and be able to revive everyone as Falck
