RIBBONS are broken

I was given two pop ups that showed I had acquired two ribbons. The Combat and the Logistics ribbon. But, when I try to add them to my character, they're nowhere to be found in the interface.

    Hey @killCAMPERS, 

    Thanks for the additional information, the Ribbons you see during the match report screen are more like small repeating objectives to grant additional XP depending on performance/what you did during the game. 

    If you are wanting to update the Player Card, you can add/edit: 3 badges, the background image, and a tag image/name. The ribbon icons are not badges or tags you can add after completing them during a match. 

    Is there a specific Badge or Tag you want to unlock that doesn't seem to be tracking correctly?

@killCAMPERS To confirm those ribbons relate to how you played the game last match and help with additional XP for your player level. Are you looking to add them to the player card?

@EA_Illium Yes. My understanding was when they popped up at the end of a match I could add them. The Logistics badge popped up at the end of a match yesterday. I already have two badges so far.

      @EA_Illium I'm confused about badges. If I can't add the Logistics badge, why did it pop up at the end of a match, suggesting that I unlocked it? It doesn't make sense. I'm trying to unlock any badge I can. How will I know when I can add a badge to my player card?

        @killCAMPERS  Would you be able to share a screenshot of the specific badge you are trying to unlock, Again to confirm the ribbons you are shown at the end of matches (Iike combat, logistics, etc) are not unlockable items, they track your performance for doing certain things (combat - based around kills) and grant additional XP for them.

      @EA_Illium I just learned that there is an aim bug for console players. Unfortunately, it won't be fixed until after the holidays. It does explain my experiences this past week.
