RPG rocket hitting helicopter without damaging it

Summarize your bug When shooting at helicopters with the new RPG added with patch 5.0.0, the helicopter often just 'eats' the rocket without making any damage on it. In simple words, helicopter is being hit with RPG, but does not take damage.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hitting a flying helicopter (little bitd) with an RPG.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is a clear indication that the rocket hist the target, because there are sparks from the impact, but no damage is taken.
What should be happening instead? The heli should be destroyed.
