Please attach a screenshot of the error code.
okay 1 sec
all drivers have been updated. i ran directx as well uninstalled and reinstalled both ea app and BF 2042. no solution.
Is the computer a laptop or a desktop?
A Google search for the error code turns up a few solutions.
- Disable Steam and EA app overlays
- Install an earlier Nvidia driver version
