Youre resolution and hz settings are very high , remember bf2042 use a lot of CPU !
Its not youre GPU but it is issues at CPU !
- 3 years ago@Rokebo73 I don't think that widescreen 2K is very high. Also 175hz (locked on 170fps) is not high either.
My GPU is the best of the world at the moment.
My CPU is top 5 best of the world at this moment (source: tomshardware)
I can play this game on ultra with RTX on and i can steady 140fps. But sometimes it stutters.
If i turn RTX off, and if i play this game at low, i get the same stutters. Now that doesn't make any sense.- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace
@ThrashTator88 did ya check cpu % usage during ingame play?
Also try a cleanboot to see if ya got less/no stutter !
post screenshot from fps and network graph. from ingame it self, no afterburne stuff ect ect ect- 3 years ago
@Rokebo73Thank you for your reply.
Msi afterburner is not installed
I checked msconfig, no other runnings apps than: DropBox, 3 Epic Games services, 6 razer services, NZXT service (for watercooling), BattleEye services and 2 steam services.
CPU usage:
72% on low
85% on ultra
Question network graph:
With the first two graphs, so the graphs at the top: I get blue peaks when the game stuttered. What can this mean? Is there outgoing packet loss?My cable connection is CAT 5E. Fiber connection 500 mbit down and 500mbit up.
/edit:
just gamed with WiFi-adapter. Connection looks good! Way less stutters. I think i have a faulty TP-link switch somewhere which shares a cable with a IP camera. i'll look into it.
