Using higher graphics settings will reduce the load on the CPU and utlize the GPU more.
Is your Bios up to date?

@EA_AticTY for your response.
As stated on my OP; i have the newest bios. Tried xmp off, sure. Ofcourse my ram is compatible or else the pc would not boot. It's just PC3200 DDR4 Corsair.
As for graphics settings, i play on low now, it still stuttered. Dlss on/off/ i tried everything. It's the game.
Today i have
1) Updated the game
2) Put a CAT6 cable between my PC and ethernet switch
3) Placed new switch TP-link Link TL-SG105E next to my PC
4) Replaced old routers with new switches (Link TL-SG108E) elsewhere in the house
5) I connected the UTP cable that goes to the attic (where I'm sitting) directly to the router instead of going through a 24-port switch first. (The cable to my room remains Cat5e, too much work to change that).
Result: way less stutter. However...
I don't know if this is due to my actions, or if this is due to the update. The game forced an update, so I had no opportunity to test.
The stutters are much less and if there are stutters (especially at the spawn screen where it zooms out after you die)
Network bar: PL (packet loss?: after gaming for 20 minutes was 0%.
NEW ISSUE/bug?
While playing at map Kaleidoscope I now suffer from artifacts. I'm experiencing this for the first time while gaming. Large vertical artifiacs the size of the Burj Khalifa./edit: just stress tested my gpu with 2 rounds of Heaven unigine, NO artifiacs. I think it's just Battefield being battlefield.
QUESTION:
What does the blue line mean on the first table when you enable network diagram? There is no legend for blue. So when the game stutters it goes up.

- 3 years ago@ThrashTator88 The only solution is that EA FIX THE POOR PERFORMANCE. Since months ago this game is unplayable for a lot of people. You touched something and * the game, I paid for nothing, I cant play with this framedrops...

I have found a fix.
1. Remove game
2. Play MW22 instead.
I'm done. It's you, not me. This game is still in beta. I'll come back within a year.

For some reason DICE removed the legend for TN (Time Nudge), when they added the ALAT (average latency) counter. If you see TN spikes, expect stuttering rubber banding, etc. It's used for latency compensation and basically means that your client will be artificially "lagged".
