Summarize your bug Since the latest update #3.2 yesterday, getting unplayable Rubber banding & stuttering. Its most signifcantly noticeable when moving quickly such as Sundancer gliding, McKay hook or flying Aircraft. Happening 90% of games and is making the game unplayable. My PC top of the line, and I have 1Gbps / 1Gbps fiber with 23ms latency to the server. I have a steady 1-2ms ping to my ISP with 0 jitter as well so it is *not* my connection
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Occurs most noticably in 128 player multiplayer using high speed vehicles or specialists.

What should be happening instead? Should be smooth gameplay, like my FPS
