I'm having exactly the same problem on ps5.
I had around 1050 and now it's locked at 0, even when earning additional points through the weekly challenges it's not moving.
Same here. I've completed my battlepass progression to level 100 almost 2 weeks ago. I've been stuck around 1040 - 1050 points for season 2 badge since beginning of this week, and today I noticed I've been reset to 0 with no progress happening at all.
I was here during season 1, dealing with the same thing. Points were stuck but then I got lucky and received my tier 1 badge for the season before it ended.
It didn't reset to 0 last season tho. So honestly just cross your fingers and just wish for them to get their act together with fixing it.
to add, i noticed that on Profile it shows bronze Season 2 badge showing as 150/150 but 0 on the badge progress view
