Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. load into hazard zone 2. have the whole squad die before e1 leaves using second chance 3. die while still having other squad members alive
What happens when the bug occurs? it says mission failed and kicks you back to the main menu
What should be happening instead? you should be able to spectate and get redeployed by your remaining teammates
I have lost a few 10+ streaks to this bug because even if one of your remaining teammates extracts anyone who died after second chance is kicked out and fails to extract
