Selecting a spawn point is not user friendly

Exactly this, it's incredibly frustrating ...... what gives!?!

@Snusnn How are you using a mouse on console? I thought that wasn't supported.

Also, I have the same issue with not being able to select anything at the start of the game. What gives?

Seriously, nobody tested this game out at dice. Nobody. If they did, it was only PC. Let us freely move a cursor with our joystick just like a PC mouse cursor to select our spawns. Nothing more infuriating than trying to select a base with this stupid simplified system, only to have it keep avoiding the spawn point you want

I agree that it's not user friendly. A zoom in/out feature should be implemented for the deploy screen map.

It'll help to differentiate the different spawn points better, as well as to be better able to select the spawn point you want.

E.g. a teammate, vehicle, and objective spawn point may be overlapping, so zooming in will help one to tell which is which while selecting any of those points becomes easier.
